Live polls, quizzes, wordclouds and more
Your audience joins from their phones to vote, play and share ideas, live on your screen. What you say appears as bullets, and a spin of the wheel picks who goes next. All in your browser, run by voice or by click.
Free in Chrome, Edge or Safari, on a Mac or a Windows PC.
Why PresenterMax
PresenterMax gives everyone in the room a way to join in, and gives you the tools to keep things moving. No clickers to hand out, no app to download, no sign-ups for your audience.
Not just the confident few at the front. Everyone can answer, vote or add an idea from their phone, so you hear from the quieter people too.
Phones become part of the session instead of a distraction. Look up! The wordcloud is on the screen.
A quick quiz with a leaderboard, a spin of the wheel or a timed exercise, ready in seconds whenever the room needs a lift.
A poll or a wordcloud shows you in seconds what people think, so you can adjust while you’re still presenting.
What you say lands on screen as bullets as you talk, so people follow along without scribbling. Copy them all at the end.
Run it by voice and keep facing the room, not your keyboard. Or click, if you’d rather.
Every feature
The app’s eleven tabs, plus voice control and PowerPoint. Pick one to see what it does.

Everywhere
Bullets
Press + and talk. A moment after you pause, what you said appears as a bullet, tidied as it lands: “um, so, churn is down this quarter” becomes “Churn is down this quarter”. The room sees what you actually said, not just what was on the slide.
Reword, merge, indent and colour bullets, sort them into up to five sections, and copy the lot at the end. By voice or with the mouse.

Timer
Big countdown digits everyone can read from the back. Set it by voice, with the quick buttons or by typing a time. It chimes at zero and flashes red, so nobody needs reminding.

Mindmap
Build a spider diagram by voice as the room calls out ideas, then drag the bubbles about with the mouse. Save Image downloads it as a picture.

Spinner
A spinning wheel of names with ticks, a chime and confetti on the pick. Pull in everyone in the live room with one click, and Remove This Round makes sure nobody is picked twice.

Live
Open a live session and a QR code appears with a short join code. People scan it or go to join.presentermax.com, type their first name, and their names pop up on screen as they arrive. Nothing to install, for anyone.

Wordclouds
Ask a question and the answers grow on screen, bigger the more people send them. “Team work” and “teamwork” count as one. Add a countdown, choose how many words each, or hide them until the big reveal. Save Image keeps a copy.

Quizzes
Up to ten multiple-choice questions with a countdown on each. Faster right answers score more, an animated leaderboard plays between questions, and the winner gets confetti and a fanfare. Write quizzes beforehand and keep them in folders.

Polls
Two to six options and live bars with percentages. People can change their vote until you close it, so you can watch the room make up its mind.

Ideastreams
Ideas in whole sentences land as cards you can pin, reorder or delete. People can edit or withdraw their own while it’s open, and Copy puts them all on the clipboard at the end.

Send Link
Push a feedback form, a sign-up page or any link to every phone at once, and show it large on screen. No more reading out web addresses.
Combos
Line up a quiz, a wordcloud and a link, then run them back to back with a green “Continue to…” button between them.
Voice control
Every tab and button has spoken forms, and a wide range of everyday phrasing is understood. Press + to start and stop listening, or choose your own key in Settings. Prefer the mouse? Everything works by click too.
um, so, churn is down this quarter
PowerPoint
Use PresenterMax alongside PowerPoint, Keynote or any slideshow. For early users, PPT frames put a quiz, poll, wordcloud, ideastream, link, combo, your bullets, the mindmap, a timer or the spinner inside a PowerPoint slide, live from the room’s phones. The add-in isn’t in Microsoft’s store yet.
Every feature is in both plans. The difference is how many people can join a live session.
